Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid services on Koranta (koranta.vercel.app), operated by Grünex (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2025/552829/07). It applies only to paid promotions (such as our Featured and Urgent placements). Posting an ordinary ad is free, so this policy does not apply to free listings.

1. What you are paying for

A paid promotion is a digital service that gives your ad enhanced visibility (such as pinned placement, highlighting and homepage exposure) for the period stated at checkout. The service is delivered immediately once your payment is confirmed and the promotion goes live.

2. Cancellation

You can stop or delete your ad at any time from your dashboard. Because a promotion begins delivering as soon as it goes live, deleting an ad or cancelling part-way through does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining period.

3. When we will refund

We will issue a refund (or a free re-run of your promotion) where:

• you were charged but, due to a technical fault on our side, your promotion did not run;
• you were charged more than once for the same promotion (a duplicate charge);
• you were charged in error.

4. When we will not refund

• change of mind after the promotion has gone live;
• a slow sale, or not receiving the responses you hoped for;
• removal of your ad by us for breaching our Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund

Email grunex2025@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge, with your name, the ad title and the payment reference. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment provider, Paystack, in the original currency (ZAR). Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
